Payment Terms:
• 50% of the total trip cost must be deposited before the trip commences.
• Payment in our Shimla office is accepted in cash only.
Travel Itinerary:
• The provided vehicle will be as per the mentioned tour plan, operating on a point-to-point basis.
Unused Services/Transportation:
• No refunds or compensation will be provided for any unused services or transportation under any circumstances.
Cancellation Policy (Land Package):
• 10% cancellation charges will apply if the trip is canceled 30 days before the tour start date.
• 25% cancellation charges will apply if the trip is canceled within 20 days before the tour start date.
• 50% cancellation charges will apply if the trip is canceled within 10 days before the tour start date.
• No refund will be provided for tours canceled within 10 days of the tour start date or after the tour has commenced, regardless of the reason, including adverse weather conditions.
Fuel Price Variation:
• In the event of an increase in petrol/diesel prices, transportation rates are subject to change accordingly.
Air Conditioning in Hill Areas:
• Please note that air conditioning will not be operational in hill areas due to the challenging terrain.
